For any building requiring LDA or CDA approval, drawings must be signed by a PCATP-registered architect. This is a legal requirement in Pakistan. All our lead architects are PCATP-registered.
Our standard fee includes two rounds of revisions after the first design presentation. Additional rounds are charged at a modest per-hour rate.
Irregular and corner plots are specialty areas for us. They require careful attention to setback regulations on multiple frontages and creative planning to make the best use of the shape. We have designed extensively on irregular plots in DHA and older city schemes.
Yes. We can take over an existing design, review it against current authority requirements, and update it as needed. We can also provide construction documents for a design that was prepared elsewhere but lacks a complete construction drawing set.
